  1. Hi, thanks for following! I see you’re at a similar point to me on your 365 AND from Birmingham! Where were these shots taken? There is a similar looking building near me, on the Hagley Road! Well done on remaining so committed to your 365 so far, I know they’re not easy, I started and failed at one last year. Convinced myself not to give up so easily this year, and have really started to enjoy it!

    • Hi Thank you for your comment. I do find it hard to try to find something different everyday to capture. I’m very new to photography so really just getting to grips with the equipment, composition, lighting etc. I do so love it though. These images were taken this evening at Pype Hayes park. there’s an old manor house and gardens there – the buildings in the photos are some out buildings that have been deteriorating for years. I too am determined to get to 365 – nearly done two months already!! Looking forward to seeing how you get on. 🙂

      • Ah yes, Pype Hayes park, I know it well, spent many a childhood afternoon over there! My nan still lives across the road from it. Don’t give up on your 365, there will be tough days, but you just have to get through them to appreciate the easier days when you get so many good photos that you find it hard to choose which one your going to use. As well as using my blog I also put each photo on 365project.org which is free to join and there’s a MASSIVE community of people giving each other help and support. Go and have a look, might be the inspiration you need?!
